Summoner of Illusions (SoI) is a Level 3 LIGHT Spellcaster Flip Monster whose effect is "FLIP: Tribute 1 other monster, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, but destroy it during the End Phase of this turn." This effect is not optional and will be a mandatory activation on a new Chain after SoI is flipped face-up. SoI is an interesting Flip Monster to play in Prediction Princess due to the multitude of monsters it can access. While it can be better or worse than Prediction Princess Flip Monster staples like Deus X-Krawler, Pot of The Forbidden, Whirlwind Weasel, Guard Dog, and the new Enneacraft - Astay.PIXIEA depending on what you Summon, I am going to go through every single immediately beneficial Fusion Monster that you can Summon off of SoI.
There are 4 conditions that need to be met for a monster to be on this list: (1) The Fusion Monster MUST BE ABLE to be Special Summoned via SoI. (2) The Fusion Monster must provide some kind of immediately beneficial effect, whether it is interruption, protection, or being able to avoid destruction during the End Phase to provide you some benefit next turn. (3) Monsters whose only useful effects are ones that activate in the GY, that trigger when the Fusion Monster leaves the field, or that modulate ATK/DEF or deal burn damage do not count. (4) I am avoiding monsters that require a greater degree of archetypal investment to make use of their effect (Ex: Playing cards that spread Predator Counters for Starving Venom Predapower Fusion Dragon 's effect or playing Ashened cards for Veidos the Dragon of Endless Darkness's effect).

FRIENDS BEYOND THE END (PHASE) These Fusion Monsters all have some way of either protecting themselves from being destroyed during the End Phase due to SoI's effect or a way to dodge the destruction. However, they still are able to either immediately benefit you on the turn they are Summoned or on the next turn after they survive.
Yubel - The Loving Defender Forever cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects, and you take no battle damage from battles with it. Also, at the end of the damage step, if it battled an opponent’s monster, damage is inflicted to your opponent equal to that monster’s ATK, banishing that monster. If you are not concerned with getting interruption, Yubel is a great monster to wall-up with before using it to remove a threat next turn.
Eldlich the Mad Golden Lord cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects, and when it goes back to your turn, you can use him to Tribute 1 Zombie monster (i.e. himself) and target and take control of a face-up monster your opponent controls. But, it cannot attack or use its effects this turn. Mad Golden Lord is a big indestructible body you can wall-up with that can later steal a monster to remove a threat and then use as Link Material.
Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects, and when a card/effect is activated, it can Quick Effect discard a card to negate the activation, destroy that card, and boost itself by 1000 ATK. While Dragoon cannot use its other effect to pop a monster and deal damage since it was not Fusion Summoned, it’s still an omni-negate on both player’s turns who gets bigger each time it uses its effect.
Bloom Diva the Melodious Choir cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects and you take no battle damage from battles with it. After damage calculation, if she battles a Special Summoned monster, she can burn your opponent equal to the difference between her ATK and the opposing monster’s original ATK, destroying that monster. Bloom Diva is a less good version of Yubel - The Loving Defender Forever. I’d rather play Yubel to deal more damage and remove any monster it battles instead.
Flowering Etoile the Melodious Magnificat can Quick Effect banish any number of Melodious monsters you control until the End Phase (i.e. usually just herself) to return up to the same number of face-up cards your opponent controls to the hand. Flowering Etoile removing herself from field and then returning makes it so that she won’t remember being Summoned by SoI’s effect, so she will both bounce a monster and not be destroyed during the End Phase. Meaning, you can use her again next turn.
Denial Deity Dotan, while no monsters on your and your opponent's field/GY share the same original name, makes your monsters indestructible by card effects. If this stays true, Dotan protects itself and your field from destruction, allowing it to survive past the End Phase. Its other effect can be useful, but it’s rarely live considering you are playing Prediction Princess, which does benefit its protection effect I guess. Dotan is one of the nicer defensive options off of SoI, but something with more stopping power would be more optimal.
Sleipnir the Runick Mane can during your Main Phase or your opponent’s Battle Phase Quick Effect target a monster your opponent controls to banish both that monster and itself until the End Phase. Sleipnir dodges being destroyed during the End Phase like Flowering Etoile, but because of how specific its effect is, it’s not that worth being Summoned off of SoI.
Timaeus the United Magidragon is unaffected by other card effects until the end of your next turn after it is Special Summoned and it can Quick Effect target and destroy Spell/Trap on the field during your opponent’s turn. Timaeus is a nice piece of backrow removal who is also big, beefy, unaffected body when you account for its 100 ATK gain for each Spell in both GYs and banishment.
Luce the Dusk's Dark prevents monsters in your leftmost and rightmost MMZs from being destroyed by card effects. Also, if another card(s) you control is destroyed by card effect, you can target and destroy a card on field. If you put this card in your rightmost or leftmost MMZ, it cannot be destroyed during the End Phase by SoI’s effect and then use its other effect on your next turn which allows you to target a card your opponent controls to send a Fiend or Fairy from Deck to GY to destroy that card. Luce provides decent protection, but it has surprisingly good removal options, proactively and reactively.
NEGATES GALORE All of these monsters have a negation effect, but of course, there are good ones, bad ones, decent options, and better options. If anything, Prediction Princess is looking for a negate that can protect its board rather than negates which mainly disrupt your opponent. However, they are still very much welcome.
Zoroa, the Magistus Verethragna can Quick Effect send a face-up Magistus Monster Card you control to GY to negate an activated monster effect and destroy a card your opponent controls. Zoroa is really good as both a negate and general removal. While Deus-X takes care of monster effects on field, Zoroa can cover everywhere else and then pop a card.
Myutant Ultimus can Quick Effect negate an activated card or effect and banish it by banishing a Myutant card (i.e. usually itself) from your hand, GY, or face-up field with the same card type as the activated card/effect. Other than looking really cool, Ultimus is just a monster negate unless you play more Myutant cards.
Artmage Diactorus can, while you control 3+ different Monster Types, Quick Effect negate an activated card/effect on the field. Diactorus is pretty much always online in Prediction Princess as you will be ending on Fairy, Insect, Cyberse, Spellcaster, and possibly other monster Types. Diactorus is actually pretty nice as while Deus-X covers monster effects on field, he can cover Spell/Traps on field.
Cyberse Desavewurm can Quick Effect banish itself from field/GY while you control a LINK-4 or higher Cyberse monster to negate an activated Spell/Trap Card or effect. Desavewurm can really only be used in a Prediction Princess Deck that uses I:P Masquerena to go into Firewall Dragon Singularity. Singularity can bounce up to 4 cards from your opponent’s field/GY since you will have Ritual, Fusion, Synchro, and Xyz Monsters on your field/GY while Desavewurm provides a Spell/Trap negate.
Invoked Mechaba can, when a Spell/Trap Card or monster is effect is activated, Quick Effect send a card of the same card type from hand to GY to negate the activation and banish it. Mechaba is an absolute classic negate on a Fusion Monster, and with Prediction Bibliomuse’s Flip Effect searching for a Prediction Princess and Ritual Spell, you are set up with a monster or spell card effect.
Granguignol the Dusk Dragon can banish itself from field/GY when a monster is Special Summoned by your opponent’s activated monster effect to Special Summon a Dogmatika monster from Deck or a Despia monster from Extra Deck. Because SoI can already Summon Despian Proskenion, Despian Luluwalilith is your next best and only option. When a card(s) leaves the Extra Deck, she can increase your monsters’ ATK by 500 and then you can negate the effects of a face-up card on the field until the end of the turn. She’s not bad, but it’s a reactive effect to an Extra Deck Summon which can be hard to effectively use.
Rindbrumm the Striking Dragon can, when a Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Monster’s effect is activated, Quick Effect negate that effect and then you can return 1 monster on the field to the hand. I like to compare Rindbrumm to Zoroa as both have a monster negate and can remove a different card from field. Zoroa is less specific, but Rindbrumm is still very good and very cool.
Gaia Prominence, the Fierce Force can Quick Effect discard a monster to negate your opponent’s activated monster effect in hand or GY and destroy it. This effect is actually better than you think as Deus-X negates your opponent’s activated monster effects on field, so Gaia Prominence covers for monster effects in hand or GY, which still does help even if it is only once per turn.
Tearlaments Rulkallos can Quick Effect negate an activated card/effect that includes an effect that Special Summons a monster(s), destroy it, and then send a Tearlaments card from hand or face-up field to GY (i.e. usually Rulkallos herself). Rulkallos is good for preventing your opponent from putting resources on field, but an omni-negate would be better unless you have a starlight Rulkallos.
Dragonmaid Sheou can Quick Effect negate an activated card/effect, destroy that card, and then return itself to the Extra Deck to Special Summon House Dragonmaid from your Extra Deck. You must be playing House Dragonmaid to be using Sheou’s effect, but that’s not so bad as you are getting an omni-negate and a Level 9 on field to potentially do a Rank 9 play next turn.
Predaplant Dragostapelia can Quick Effect target a face-up monster your opponent controls and place a Predator Counter on it, making it Level 1 if it is Level 2 or higher while it has the counter. Also, while Dragostateplia is on the field, activated monster effects of monsters with Predator Counters are negated on resolution.Unless the Level modulation actually does something, Deus-X does Dragostapelia’s job but even better.
The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate can Quick Effect negate the activation of a Spell/Trap Card or effect. In addition to this Spell/Trap negate, it also cannot be destroyed by your opponent’s card effects and can make its ATK equal to your LP once per battle. Exodia is really nice for walling up on your opponent during their turn, unless they can remove it that is, but the Spell/Trap negate still is nice.
Heosvarog the Mechanical Dawn can, when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card or effect, Quick Effect banish a face-up LIGHT Machine you control (i.e. itself) or 2 LIGHT Machines from your GY to negate the activation. Heosvarog is a nice Spell/Trap negate, and while it may not be as cool as The Unstoppable Exodia Incarnate, it does its job well.
Azamina Ilia Silvia can Quick Effect Tribute itself when your opponent activates a card or effect to negate that effect. Extremely straightforward and a really nice effect also.
Axon Kicker Oracle can, when your opponent would Special Summon a monster(s), Quick Effect negate the Summon and banish those monsters. Other than being an actually good Summon off of Absolute Axon Kicker, Axon Kicker Oracle being able to negate inherent Summons is really nice just for keeping monsters off of your opponent’s field, being slightly more optimal than Rulkallos IMO.
BASICALLY INFINITE NEGATES The negation effects on these monsters are neither a hard once per turn or a soft once per turn. They can be activated as many times as you want in a turn so long as you have enough resources to pay for their costs.
Naturia Exterio can Quick Effect negate an activated Spell/Trap Card and destroy it by banishing a card from your GY and then milling 1 card from the top of your Deck. I mean, this is Exterio, what do you want me to say? It has been Special Summoned off of Cyber-Stein since forever for its effect. Shame it doesn’t stop Dark Ruler No More though.
Naturia Gaiastrio and Dark Cavalry are basically the same card. Gaiastrio can, during either player’s turn, send a card from hand to GY to negate and destroy an activated card or effect that targets exactly 1 card on the field. Dark Cavalry can Quick Effect discard a card when a card or effect is activated that targets a card on field to negate the activation and destroy that card. While PIXIEA puts both to shame, Dark Cavalry is the better option between the two as it works under cards like Dimension Shifter.
Dark Balter the Terrible can pay 1000 LP to negate an activated Normal Spell Card’s effect and Ryu Senshi can pay 1000 LP to negate an activated Normal Trap Card’s effect. Dark Balter and Ryu Senshi are basically opposites of each other in what they counter, but they are still very good, Dark Balter especially, but Ryu Senshi can still put in some work against cards like Evenly Matched or an Infinite Impermanence on your Deus-X.
